Custom Productions
Short Intro
At TMS, we transform customer-provided technical drawings into fully manufacturable, ready-to-ship products.
Each part is analyzed, tooling is designed and produced, prototype trials are performed, components are MIG-welded, and surfaces are finished with matte anodizing or powder coating.
Finally, products are packaged and prepared for shipment, ensuring complete traceability and production integrity.
1) Tooling Design & Production Engineering
Customer 2D/3D product drawings are evaluated in terms of geometry, material, and tolerance.
Our engineers develop forming tools, mandrels, and fixtures that translate product designs into manufacturable structures — ensuring dimensional stability and repeatable accuracy.
2) Tool Manufacturing & Trial Forming
For each component, dedicated tools are manufactured.
Trial forming operations are performed to verify form accuracy, wall thickness, and springback behavior.
Based on test results, tooling is fine-tuned to ensure process stability in serial production.
3) Assembly & MIG Welding
Formed parts are positioned on precision fixtures and joined by robotic or manual MIG welding.
This stage ensures structural integrity, alignment, and dimensional precision of the complete assembly.
4) Surface Finishing
Surface treatments are applied according to the customer’s specifications:
-
Matte anodizing for durability and corrosion resistance
-
Powder coating for color and protection
-
Optional: laser marking, surface smoothing, or finishing polish
5) Packaging & Shipment
After final quality control, each product is packaged in custom cartons.
Palletizing and labeling are applied when required.
All shipments include documentation and product traceability records.
