Aluminium Spinning and Stamping
At Technical Metal Spinning, aluminium is one of our core materials. We process various alloys and sizes, from thin-gauge decorative parts to large industrial components. Aluminium’s light weight, formability, and corrosion resistance make it ideal for ventilation, lighting, and food industry applications.
- Can be polished to mirror-like surfaces for commercial and decorative use.
- Thickness capacity: up to 6 mm (T0) on our CNC spinning lathes.
- Applications: ventilation housings, reflectors, cookware, and industrial casings.
Brass Spinning and Stamping
Brass is highly formable and widely used for decorative and architectural applications. It is receptive to many surface finishing techniques, including polishing, coating, and plating.
- Ideal for lighting fixtures, decorative covers, and design components.

Copper Spinning

Mild Steel Spinning
Mild steel (CRS) is one of the most versatile materials in spinning. Its strength, durability, and affordability make it popular across industries.
- Easily formable with good structural properties.
- Thickness capacity: up to 5 mm.
- Applications: industrial machinery components, textile machine parts, housings, and calibration rings.
Stainless Steel Spinning
Stainless steel is indispensable where strength, durability, and corrosion resistance are critical. At TMS, we have special expertise in AISI 310S hot spinning for high-temperature applications.
- Thickness capacity: up to 3 mm.
- Applications: aerospace parts, burner housings, ventilation cones, food processing equipment, and transportation components.
- With hot spinning capability (400–700 °C), we produce precision stainless steel parts without cracking, even in large diameters.
