From First Trials to Stable Production

After the machine platform, tooling concept and process route are defined, the production start-up stage begins. This is where the system is tested, adjusted and stabilized under real production conditions.

TMS supports selected CNC metal spinning projects during trial production, first sample evaluation, process adjustment, operator guidance and production stabilization.

The start-up stage helps verify the tooling concept, roller path, machine settings, clamping method, part quality and repeatability before moving toward serial production.

Our objective is to support the transition from a machine setup to a practical, repeatable and shop-floor controlled production process.

Key Principle

A production system is complete only when it can produce stable and repeatable parts.
